1. 负责激光雷达项目 ASPICE 系统域交付物的结构化拆解,提炼各类输出物的最小输入字段集合,识别可自动化环节与必须人工把关的边界 2. 基于 AI 工具,设计并实现从「客户原始需求」到「SYS.x 文档 + 需求追溯矩阵」的端到端 AI Agent 生成链路,以历史项目为 Demo 调优 Prompt 与工作流 3. 将走通的流程沉淀为可复用的 Skill / Tool 并写入团队 Wiki;对未走通的环节,反推输入完备度与模型能力差距,整理为方法论文档 4. 参与或判定 ASPICE 评审会议,理解实际工作场景与交付标准 5. 协助团队将 ASPICE 相关重复性文档工作进行 AI 化提效

1. 学科背景：理工科硕士以上在读，电子、通信、自动化、计算机等相关专业优先 2. AI工具使用经验：熟练使用至少一种 AI 编程工具，具备 AI 辅助编程(vibe coding)实践经验 3. 英文能力：能够读懂英文 ASPICE 标准与海外客户需求文档,能够撰写英文邮件(CET-6 及以上) 4. 文档结构化能力：能够从格式各异的 ASPICE 文档中归纳通用结构与最小字段集合 5. 学习与执行能力：具备快速学习新工具与新流程的能力,能够在现有方案基础上快速迭代 6. 抗压与反馈能力：能够接受来自团队成员的质疑与挑战,基于反馈持续改进工作 - 实习时长:至少 2 个月,每周 5 天 --- 加分项 1. 参与过 LangChain、Dify、Coze、Cursor 自定义扩展等开源 LLM Agent 项目 2. 撰写过 Prompt Engineering 相关课程作业或博客 3. 修读过 ASPICE、ISO 26262 或功能安全相关课程 4. 具备完整上线、AI 辅助编程完成的 side project 经历
