岗位职责 自动化测试台架搭建 参与 KOSMO 设备自动化台架的搭建、调试与维护（PC、USB 连接、设备挂载、电源/重启等） 协助完成测试环境标准化：设备连接、日志采集、版本管理、异常恢复 配合硬件/测试同事，提升台架稳定性与可复用性 自动化脚本开发 基于 Python（或公司指定技术栈）编写、调试自动化测试脚本 覆盖典型场景，例如： USB 连接 / KOSMO 目录挂载与文件拷贝 本地固件升级流程（检查更新、安装、关机重启、版本校验） 升级前后设置与采集数据一致性校验（若纳入自动化范围） 输出可维护的脚本、工具与简单测试报告 自动化方案设计与实现 参与自动化测试方案设计：用例分层、优先级、冒烟/回归范围 将手工用例转化为可自动执行的检查点与流程 推动关键路径自动化落地，并持续优化执行效率与失败定位能力 日常协作 根据需求文档、测试用例执行测试并记录问题 与开发、测试同学协作，跟进缺陷验证与回归 沉淀文档：环境说明、脚本使用说明、问题排查手册

基本要求 计算机、软件、电子、自动化、通信等相关专业在读本科/研究生 熟悉至少一门编程语言，优先 Python（Shell/PowerShell 加分） 了解软件测试基本概念（用例、缺陷、回归、冒烟等） 具备良好的学习能力、沟通协作能力与责任心 能接受一定的设备实操与问题排查工作 加分项 有自动化测试、嵌入式/设备测试、CI（如 Jenkins）相关实习或项目经验 了解 USB 通信、串口日志、ADB 或类似设备调试方式 了解 Git、Linux 常用命令 有机器人框架（Pytest / Robot Framework 等）使用经验 对消费电子、工业检测、三维重建/定位类硬件产品感兴趣
