1. 参与基于 ISO/SAE 21434 的网络安全流程体系（CSMS）建设，协助维护流程文件、模板、作业指导书及审核证据； 2. 在导师指导下参与项目网络安全活动，参与编制 TARA、网络安全目标与概念、网络安全规范、验证报告等工作产品； 3. 参与客户网络安全 SOR 及需求文档分析，开展符合性评估、差距识别、需求拆解、影响分析和需求追踪； 4. 参与产品网络安全架构与方案设计，协同系统、软硬件、测试、质量及项目团队，推动安全启动、安全通信、加密与密钥管理等安全机制落地； 5. 参与网络安全测试与漏洞闭环管理，跟踪产品漏洞及网络安全事件，协助产线网络安全管控； 6. 跟踪汽车网络安全法规、标准及技术发展，参与团队知识库、工具链和平台建设。

1. 计算机、软件工程、网络空间安全、信息安全、通信、电子、车辆工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2. 掌握网络安全基础知识，熟悉常见攻击方式及对应防护方法； 3. 掌握密码学基础知识，包括对称/非对称加密、哈希、MAC、数字签名、PKI 及密钥与证书管理； 4. 了解嵌入式系统及车载网络基础，理解车载以太网、UDS、DoIP 等协议，熟悉安全启动、加密与密钥管理、安全通信、安全日志等嵌入式安全架构； 5. 具备良好的逻辑分析、技术文档编写和沟通协作能力，英文读写能力良好; 6. 加分项 了解 ISO/SAE 21434、GB444956、UNECE R155等汽车行业网络安全标准与法规者优先; 7. 具有嵌入式行业网络安全开发、测试或网络安全流程体系建设项目经历或实习经历者优先。 8. 具备AI辅助开发工具（Cursor、Copilot、Qoder）等使用经验，能够利用AI提升文档编写、脚本开发、需求分析等效率者优先。 9. 掌握 C、C++、Python 中至少一门语言，具备代码阅读、调试及问题定位能力者优先。
