1. 负责图像/视频语义理解算法的研发与落地，覆盖语义分割、实例分割、全景分割、开放词汇理解等方向 2. 设计并优化多类别、长尾场景下的感知方案，提升复杂场景（遮挡、小目标、畸变、低光等）鲁棒性 3. 参与数据闭环：标注规范制定、难例挖掘、伪标签/半监督、数据筛选与质量评估 4. 跟踪 VLM / 多模态大模型在语义理解中的应用，完成模型选型、微调与工程化部署 5. 与平台、数据、应用侧协作，推动算法上线，保证精度、时延与资源占用达标 6. 沉淀技术文档与实验结论，参与 Code Review，提升团队工程与算法规范

1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机视觉、机器学习、模式识别、电子/自动化等相关专业；本科特别优秀亦可 2. 扎实的深度学习与计算机视觉基础，熟悉 CNN / Transformer 等主流结构 3. 具备语义分割或场景理解相关项目经验，熟悉 DeepLab、Mask2Former、SegFormer、DINOv2 等至少一类工作 4. 熟练使用 PyTorch，具备独立完成模型训练、评测、消融实验与问题定位的能力 5. 熟悉常见数据格式与评测指标（mIoU、F1、AP 等），能设计合理实验并解读结果 6. 良好的工程能力：Python 熟练，了解多机多卡训练、混合精度、ONNX/TensorRT 等部署链路者优先 7. 具备清晰的问题拆解与沟通能力，能在业务约束下推进可落地的方案

加分项 1. 有自动驾驶、机器人、具身智能、安防等落地场景经验 2. 熟悉鱼眼/广角畸变、多相机、时序建模或跨相机一致性相关工作 3. 有 OCR、文字检测/识别、车牌/招牌等细粒度语义任务经验 4. 有开放词汇分割、 grounding、VLM（如 Qwen-VL、LLaVA 等）微调或推理优化经验 5. 熟悉半监督 / 弱监督 / 主动学习 / 难例挖掘等数据效率方法 6. 有大规模数据管线、分布式训练、模型压缩或端侧部署经验 7. 在 CVPR / ICCV / ECCV / NeurIPS 等会议有相关论文发表
