Feed-Forward 3D/4DGS算法研发：主导前馈式3D高斯泼溅（Feed-Forward 3DGS）与4D高斯泼溅（4DGS）算法的研发。致力于实现从单张或多张图像到可渲染3D场景的快速、泛化重建，并探索其在动态场景时空建模与实时渲染中的应用，突破传统逐场景优化的效率瓶颈。 3. 3D/4D重建算法重构：针对具体业务场景，利用前沿基础几何模型优化SLAM与SfM等传统算法流程，解决大规模、高保真的3D/4D重建中的效率与精度问题。

1. 热情与探索精神：对人工智能技术怀有极大的热情与信念，具备强烈的探索精神和创新意识，渴望在3D视觉/世界模型领域取得突破。 2. 技术深度：熟练掌握主流深度学习框架（如PyTorch/TensorFlow）；具备扎实的三维视觉基础，熟悉多视图几何、相机模型、SLAM、SfM、3D高斯泼溅等技术；深入理解前馈式（Feed-Forward）3D重建范式及动态场景建模（4DGS）者优先。 3. 工程能力：精通数据结构与算法设计，熟悉并行计算，可以充分利用AI Agent能力加速自身开发过程。 - 加分项 1. 在CVPR、ICCV、ECCV、NeurIPS、SIGGRAPH等顶级会议或期刊上发表过高质量论文。 2. 在GitHub上拥有高星开源项目，或在知名计算机视觉竞赛中取得优异成绩。
