工作内容 1. 算法测试 Pipeline 触发与维护 按版本/分支/配置触发算法测试流水线（本地或 CI） 跟进任务状态，排查跑挂、环境、依赖与数据路径问题 沉淀可复用的触发方式、参数模板与运行说明 2. 测试工程效率优化 优化回归耗时、失败定位成本、重复劳动（批跑、并行、缓存、报告自动生成等） 梳理测试流程瓶颈，提出并落地小步改进 提升「提交 → 出结果 → 对比结论」的周转效率 3. 算法测试工具开发 开发/迭代评测与辅助工具（指标计算、结果对比、可视化、失败分类、报告导出等） 用 Python 等完成脚本工具到可维护模块的演进 4. 工具集成到测试系统 将自研工具接入现有测试平台/流水线（接口、配置、产物规范、权限与日志） 保证工具在系统内可被稳定调度、结果可追溯、版本可管理 5.算法效果回归与问题反馈 基于 Pipeline 产物做版本对比与异常复现 在缺陷单中清晰描述现象、环境、复现步骤、日志与初步结论 6.用例与技术文档 补充自动化相关测试用例、工具使用说明与集成文档

任职要求 在读本科/硕士，计算机、软件、自动化、电子、机器人等相关专业优先 Python 扎实，能独立编写可维护脚本/小工具（建议熟悉 NumPy；有 OpenCV/命令行工具经验加分） 了解基本软件工程实践：Git、命令行、日志、配置化；有 CI（GitHub Actions/Jenkins/GitLab CI 等）接触经验优先 对三维重建 / SLAM / 点云 / 计算机视觉之一有兴趣或课程项目经验 具备工程思维：关注自动化、可重复、可集成，而不只满足于手工点一点 细心、沟通清晰，能把问题和改动写清楚；可稳定实习
