1. 负责 Web 应用项目的软件测试执行，包括功能测试、回归测试、兼容性测试及基础性能测试。 2. 根据产品功能规范和项目时间节点，制定测试计划，完成测试用例设计、执行，并输出测试报告与问题清单。 3. 参与自动化测试体系建设，编写并维护 UI 自动化、接口自动化测试脚本，提升回归测试效率与覆盖率。 4. 负责持续集成流程中的自动化测试任务配置与执行，跟踪测试结果，推动缺陷闭环处理。 5. 参与压力测试/性能测试方案设计，完成测试环境部署、测试执行及性能分析报告输出。 6. 与产品、开发、运维团队协同，持续优化测试流程和质量保障机制。

本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、通信、电子等相关专业。 具备良好的代码编写与调试能力，熟练使用 Python/Java/Shell 中至少一种；熟悉 Linux 基本操作命令。 1. 了解软件测试流程与测试用例设计方法，熟悉 Web 应用测试场景（功能、接口、兼容性、回归）。 2. 具备自动化测试基础，了解并使用过 Selenium/Playwright/Postman/JMeter 等工具者优先。 3. 了解 CI/CD 基本流程（如 Jenkins/GitLab CI）并能配合自动化测试落地者优先。 4. 具备良好的沟通协作能力和逻辑分析能力，主动发现问题并推动解决。 5. 英语良好，能够进行日常沟通，具备英文技术文档阅读与编写能力。
