Linux BSP开发与维护：参与ARM架构处理器的Linux系统裁剪与移植；Bootloader (U-Boot) 调试与系统Bring-up。 2. 驱动开发与调试：负责外设驱动（如Camera、Display、PCIe、USB、I2C/SPI或Wi-Fi/BT等）的开发与调试。 3. 系统性能优化：进行系统级性能分析（Profiling）、功耗优化（Power Management）以及系统稳定性调试。 4. 端侧AI集成：在嵌入式Linux环境下，协助完成NPU/GPU的驱动适配，推进轻量化AI模型（如端侧视觉/语音模型）的部署与算子加速。 5. 应用与框架开发：基于C/C++进行底层系统服务或上层业务逻辑（如多媒体框架）的开发与调试。

1. 基础扎实：本科及以上学历，精通 C/C++ 编程语言，熟悉常见的数据结构和算法；了解操作系统原理、计算机体系结构。 2.
