根据项目的时间节点，完成产品在测试线体上标定和测试的量产导入工作，达成项目既定的质量、成本和交付要求 1. 牵头解析客户SOR，产品设计要求，既往项目经验教训等输入信息，确保满足客户对设计，工艺，可制造能力，追溯性等要求，兼顾内部成本及质量要求，确定测试及发货线体的Capex和输出Line Concept 2. 管理线体导入的全过程：输出SOR、组织供应商方案评审、完成供应商定点，保证设备交付满足项目节点，跟踪设备导入的Open Issue List，完成设备预验收和终验收 3. 负责线体的标准文件，包括但不限于PFMEA，Control Plan，Process Flow，SOP等 4. 参与定义线体通过标准，确保产品满足项目要求，同时兼顾产品良率要求 5. 负责线体的关键指标，包括但不限于直通率、良率和产能符合项目定义 6. 确保设备符合质量要求，包括但不限于MSA，CPK等指标达标，防错点检方法和样件定义、支持维护保养方法定义 7. 管理线体的变更导入 8. 及时处理产线遇到的问题，并对问题归档，形成经验教训

1. 本科及以上学历，具备自动驾驶感知传感器开发、测试、量产相关背景更佳 2. 具备产品测试经验、设备开发、机械制造、电气设计、自动化设计、软件开发更佳 3. 具备量产线导入相关经验，具备线体导入的管理能力 4. 具备复杂问题分析管理能力，良好的系统性思维，良好的沟通能力，良好的学习能力，良好的抗压能力
