职位名称： 测试开发实习生 岗位亮点 在导师带领下，参与企业级系统与 AI 应用的质量工程——不只「点测」功能，而是用代码做自动化与测试基建，并用 AI 工具提效。适合想走测试开发方向、对 AI 提效/AI 应用测试有兴趣的在校同学。 职位描述 在导师指导下，参与 AI 应用及企业系统的功能/接口/回归测试，配合联调与缺陷跟踪，保障交付质量； 参与自动化测试实践：编写自动化脚本/用例，了解并协助测试框架、CI/CD 测试流水线相关工作； 学习并实践测试计划、用例设计、执行与报告输出，完成问题复现与闭环跟进； 主动尝试用 AI 提效日常工作（辅助写用例/脚本、分析日志、整理 Prompt/评测集等），并沉淀可复用笔记或小工具； 学习 AI 应用相关测试方法，参与 Prompt/输出质量、接口稳定性、效果回归等专项中的可承担部分。

职位要求 本科及以上在读，计算机、软件、自动化等相关专业优先（不限死专业）；可连续实习 3 个月及以上，每周到岗 4 天及以上 优先； 掌握 Python 或 Java 至少一门，能独立完成简单脚本/小工具；了解 Linux 基本命令； 了解软件测试基本方法与用例设计，理解系统测试、接口测试等概念；了解 Postman/JMeter/Apifox、Jenkins 等至少一种，了解 MySQL 等数据库基础； 对 AI 开发或测试有兴趣，并具备以下至少一项： 能主动运用 AI 工具提升学习/开发/测试效率（有实践案例更佳）； 有 AI 应用、Agent、大模型相关课程项目、竞赛或实习（开发或测试均可）； 逻辑清晰、细致靠谱，学习意愿强，能沟通协作、按时交付。 加分项 有测试开发/自动化相关实习或课程项目（接口自动化、测试脚本、小工具等）； 接触过 Agent、RAG、评测集、LLM 效果回归等； 有 ACM/蓝桥杯等竞赛、GitHub 开源或技术博客； 有转正意向者优先。
