1、负责新供应商的开发与定点，对潜在供应商进行质量体系审核与综合评估，确保其符合公司及行业要求。 2、负责供应商质量问题的跟踪与整改，熟练运用8D、5Why等问题分析工具，推动供应商持续改进。 3、组织并执行量产供应商的年度审核及绩效评估，基于审核结果制定供应商改进计划，提升其质量与交付能力。 4、负责光学/机械供应商的管理，确保供应商具备稳定的生产制造能力，满足公司产品质量与交付要求。 5、熟悉APQP（产品质量先期策划）、PSA（供应商产品审核）、PPAP（生产件批准程序）等质量管理流程，并能有效推动供应商执行。 6、了解IATF 16949、VDA 6.3等汽车行业质量管理体系要求。 7、确保所有供应链活动符合安全、健康与环境（EHS）法规，推动供应商在环境可持续性方面的提升。

1、本科及以上学历，机械工程、汽车工程、供应链管理等相关专业优先。 2、3年以上供应商管理经验，具备质量管理或供应链管理相关背景。 3、熟悉供应商产品工艺，尤其是机加工、压铸、光学冷加工和镀膜等工艺，具备相关行业经验者优先。 4、熟悉GD&T（几何尺寸和公差），具备DFM（可制造性设计）分析能力，能够与供应商协同优化产品设计，提高可制造性。 5、具备良好的逻辑思维能力、沟通协调能力和团队协作能力，能够在跨部门团队中推动供应链优化。 6、有汽车行业、机械行业经验者优先，熟悉VDA 6.3供应商过程审核或IATF 16949体系者优先。
