1.负责对接客户的质量，处理客户质量需求。包括客户投诉，客户审核，质量问题解答 2.作为客户的沟通窗口，主导客户投诉问题的解决，推动内部问题调查，跟进失效分析进程，主导根因调查，向客户及时提供8D报告 3.协调主导客户审核，与内部团队沟通审核需求，保证审核过程顺畅，按时跟踪关闭审核结果并反馈客户 4.制定新产品质量计划，跟踪监督APQP研发过程实施，按时提交客户PPAP 5.与质量团队中其他成员合作及时发现内部质量系统问题，推动系统性持续改善 6.建立和执行公司新产品研发完整的质量管控标准，包括从设计，验证到生产的整个流程 7.制定长期质量提升计划，驱动产品研发和生产管控以达到“零缺陷”的目标 8.作为客户质量代表，监督生产过程质量，处理量产变更，异常批次等 9.作为客户质量代表，监督新品导入过程验证，包括CP，AFT以及解决导入过程中的质量问题

1.本科以上学历，微电子，材料，机械等相关专业，硕士优先 2.五年以上汽车电子芯片质量管控经验，熟悉芯片封装或者晶圆制造流程 3.熟悉AEC-Q100认证和IATF16949 4.善于沟通和团队协作，不惧新挑战 5.熟练的中文写作能力 6.能够熟练阅读相关英文资料 7.熟练掌握多种质量系统方法，比如8D,Lean,5 Why’s,Pareto Analysis,SixSigma,8-D.DFMEA PFEMAPPAP8D等 8.熟练应用汽车的五大质量管理工具
