1. 负责半导体激光器、硅光芯片等光电器件的功能、性能与可靠性测试，包括测试台搭建、测试程序开发、测试验证与日常维护。 2. 制定并维护产品测试流程与规范，包括测试需求、测试规格、Test Plan 及测试流程（Test Flow）等。 3. 整理并分析测试数据，优化测试时间与测试覆盖率，支撑良率提升与产品导入。 4. 根据测试需求进行简单机械结构设计，支撑夹具、工装及测试台相关结构实现。 5. 协同设计、工艺等团队，完成新产品 NPI 及量产导入相关测试工作。

1. 半导体、微电子、光电、自动化、电子信息、通信工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历。 2. 熟悉半导体光电芯片，了解常用测试方法；有半导体激光器、硅光芯片测试经验者优先。 3. 能够根据需求独立搭建测试系统，并开发对应上位机程序；熟悉 Python，掌握 MATLAB、C++ 者优先。 4. 熟悉 CP/FT 测试流程，能规范化完成产品导入。 5. 熟悉源表、示波器等基本仪器的程序控制。 6. 能够进行简单的机械结构设计，支撑测试夹具/工装开发。 7. 有半导体激光器芯片、硅光芯片 CP/FT 测试程序开发经验者优先。
