职位描述： 1. 持续改进产品设计开发流程和工作方法，确保产品开发流程、文件、记录的完整性和符合性； 2. 作为项目产品质量保证工作的负责人，负责产品全生命周期的质量管理，统筹策划、组织、协调和控制产品的全流程质量保证活动； 3. 负责项目组织、规划、实施项目质量评审，对评审通过有一票否决权； 4. 审核项目IPD开发相关文档和记录报告的符合性并归档； 5. 推动客诉和研发过程重大质量问题的产品研发原因进行分析和改进； 6. 搜集、整理与产品设计有关的改进案例，制定报告，形成经验教训库，并组织交流和培训 7. 对项目开发过程中发现的问题或识别出的质量风险进行管理，推进问题闭环和风险管理； 8. 从质量的维度，配合研发工程师完成DFMEA编写和梳理工作；持续跟踪、完善和更新DFMEA文件。 9. 推进变更管理、项目管理、配置管理在产品研发中心规范执行； 10.项目转产时相关资料的确认及释放，组织项目转产的过程审核和产品审核的组织、策划并跟踪问题的关闭。

1.本科及以上电子、计算机、自动化等相关专业； 2.5-10年及以上IC相关行业产品研发质量管理工作；有质量管理、可靠性或封测等相关工作经验； 3.熟练APQP/IPD流程或者16949汽车质量体系； 4.具备良好的抗压能力、执行力、组织协调能力、沟通能力、团队协作能力强。 5. 熟悉ISO26262/功能安全的流程（加分项）；了解FTA、DFA、FMEA以及FMEDA等（加分项）
