1、开拓中国地区机器人市场，负责跟进区域内已有客户，积极挖掘潜在新客户。客户类型包括但不限于割草机、AGV、人形机器人、工业机器人、安防监控等。 2、积极创造和跟进新的销售机会；处理客户询价、报价、安排样机使用、客户来访接待、安排定期客户拜访、主导商务谈判等。 3、作为客户第一负责人，统筹协调产品、技术支持、销售运营、物流跟单等公司内各团队共同解决客户产品使用中遇到的问题，推动客户项目落地。 4、完成公司分配的销售考核目标，跟进相关客户项目付款，回款率达到公司目标。 5、定期更新预测市场需求和订单量，做好项目概况梳理。 6、负责和参与相关展会、行业会议等。 7、公司交办的其他相关事宜。

1、大学本科及以上学历，电子、软件、汽车、光学、机械等相关专业。 2、有一定的工程知识和背景，能快速学习理解复杂的光机电一体化设备。 3、有三年以上激光雷达或智能驾驶车辆相关传感器销售，技术支持或应用工作经验。 4、擅于快速拉近客户关系，能在有限的客户拜访或来访交流过程中，弄清楚客户的应用场景/组织架构/目前痛点/潜在合作点。 5、熟悉商务合同条款, 有一定的谈判技巧；有同时应对多个项目进行的经验。 6、兴趣爱好广泛，个人形象良好，待人大方。 7、能接受最高60%左右的出差要求。
