1、设备故障应急处理：快速处理现场故障，组织故障真因分析，制定长期改善措施并有效落地； 2、运维与优化：编制设备维护保养作业指导书，并组织实施对设备的预防性维护保养，分析设备的运行数据，持续优化设备维护策略，提升设备稳定性，改善设备MTBF/MTTR指标； 3、持续改善：支持制造工程部门对设备的制程工艺进行分析与解决，协助制造工程部门对设备进行包括但不限于的CT, 良率，人力等各项改善来提高设备的OEE； 4、成本控制：确保设备平稳运行的前提下控制备件的采购成本和改善的成本； 5、新产线设计评审和验收：负责参与评审设备SOR的完备性/评审供应商机械&电气设计方案中的潜在风险，到供应商进行预验收并结合自己的专业及早识别设备开发设计调试阶段的各类高中低风险项，并持续跟踪这些风险项直到闭环。

1、本科及以上学历，电气自动化等工程类相关专业。 2、五年以上非标自动化设备行业相关设备的调试，维护维修，技改等方面的工作经验。能熟练使用市面常见的主流PLC对非标自动化生产线进行故障诊断和改善。 3、熟悉市面主流机器人的集成和编程，有视觉引导相关应用经验加分。 4、熟悉装配工艺、行业标准，熟悉各种装配标准件的技术标准和应用。 5、逻辑性强，责任心强，执行力强，有团队合作精神，能承受一定的工作压力。
