1.计算机、软件工程、电子信息、通信、自动化等相关专业，本科及以上学历。 2.扎实掌握C语言，具备嵌入式软件开发和调试能力，熟练使用IAR、Lauterbach TRACE32等工具。 3.熟悉Infineon、Renesas、NXP等主流车规级MCU及常用外设，掌握TriCore或ARM芯片架构。 4.熟悉AUTOSAR CP架构及MCAL、BSW、OS、RTE、SWC等模块，熟悉Vector、ETAS或EB等工具链。 5.熟悉CAN、以太网、Bootloader及UDS诊断，具备相关项目开发经验。 6.了解ASPICE开发流程，具备软件需求分析、架构设计及规范化文档编写能力。 7.具备较强的问题分析、沟通协作和主动推动能力；能够使用AI工具提升开发、测试及文档效率者优先。
