1、可靠性工程实施：运用仿真、理论分析、实验设计、验证测试等能力，推动激光雷达实现车规量产目标； 2、规范制定：根据产品应用场景和性能指标，设计可靠性目标与测试规范，指导产品设计、供应商和生产质量管控； 3、设计参与：通过FMEA、理论分析、仿真等手段，参与产品初期设计，排除机械结构、PCBA等可靠性风险； 4、测试执行：熟悉性能测试方法和可靠性设备，掌握数据自动化处理，完成测试数据整理与分析，出具测试报告； 5、客户对接：负责客户DVPR工作，包括DVP建立、测试安排跟踪、结果总结，与客户直接讨论测试结果。

1、本科及以上学历，可靠性、机电、材料等相关专业； 2、5年以上可靠性工作经验，熟悉车规级产品可靠性设计与验证工作； 3、目标导向，善于学习，有较强的动手能力，沟通能力和团队协作精神； 4、工作态度积极，责任心强，执行力强，有较强的发现问题，解决问题的能力； 5、加分项：精通可靠性标准规范的物理数学模型；熟悉汽车和自动驾驶行业及车规要求，材料、电子元器件失效机理和检测手段；疲劳、应力应变等仿真与测试；数据自动化处理方法；DFMEA分析、NVH测试。
