The posting

1、负责保障 Kubernetes、Jenkins、MinIO、PostgreSQL、Redis、RabbitMQ、Elasticsearch、Nacos 等核心服务的长期稳定运行与高可用； 2、负责系统容量规划、性能调优及资源利用率优化； 3、设计并建立自动化运维体系，编写相关运维工具/脚本，持续优化和固化运维流程，提升交付与运维效率； 4、负责完善系统的监控告警机制，建立并落地故障应急响应机制，快速定位并解决生产环境的突发问题； 5、沉淀技术文档，规范运维操作标准。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上大规模集群系统运维工作经验； 2、精通 Kubernetes、Docker 等容器化及虚拟化技术，具备扎实的 Linux 操作系统、Windows Server 和计算机网络（TCP/IP、负载均衡等）基础； 3、熟练掌握 PostgreSQL、MinIO、Nacos、Elasticsearch 等组件的部署、扩缩容及性能调优，有复杂故障排查经验； 4、熟悉 CI/CD 理念及流程，熟练使用 Jenkins、GitLab 等工具链； 5、具备良好的自动化运维能力，熟练编写 Shell 脚本，至少掌握一门高级编程语言（如 Python、Go 等）； 6、熟悉主流监控与日志收集系统（如 Prometheus、Grafana、ELK 等）；
