1. 传感器驱动开发与调优：负责机器人领域传感器设备（激光雷达、相机、IMU 等）的 Linux 驱动开发、调试与迭代优化，打通数据采集、传输、处理全链路，保障传感器数据的高可靠性与低延迟输出。 2. 系统移植与适配：负责嵌入式 Linux 系统的内核裁剪、移植与优化，完成 Bootloader 配置、设备树编写维护、根文件系统构建，支持新平台整机 bring-up。 3. 性能优化与稳定性保障：优化驱动数据传输效率，降低 CPU 与中断负载；定位并解决内存泄漏、中断风暴、死锁等驱动层问题，设计异常恢复机制提升系统鲁棒性。 4. 软硬件协同与跨团队协作：参与硬件方案评审与传感器选型评估，配合硬件、算法、测试团队完成整机联调，从驱动层面提出硬件设计优化建议。 5. 文档输出与工程规范：交付清晰的软件设计方案、接口文档与测试用例，基于 Git 规范代码版本管理与发布流程。 6. 上位机与工具链开发：协助传感器设备的上位机软件开发及配套 SDK / 调试工具开发，提供统一的参数配置接口与可视化调试能力。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、电子信息、自动化、通信工程等相关专业，3 年以上 Linux 驱动开发经验。 2. 精通 Linux 底层驱动开发，熟练掌握 I2C / SPI / UART / GPIO / DMA 等接口协议的驱动开发，熟悉 V4L2 框架；有 ISP 调校经验者优先。 3. 熟悉 Linux 内核架构，掌握内核模块开发、设备树配置、中断处理、内存管理等核心知识；具备内核裁剪、移植及 U-Boot 启动流程调试能力，对根文件系统有深入认知。 4. 至少熟悉一款主流开发平台（瑞芯微 / 全志 / 高通 / NVIDIA Orin），有完整产品从开发到量产落地的经验者优先。 5. 精通 C 语言，掌握 C++；有 Qt 框架开发经验者为佳。 6. 能看懂硬件原理图，熟练使用示波器、逻辑分析仪等硬件调试工具，具备软硬件协同问题定位能力。 7. 熟悉 Linux 性能分析工具（如 perf、ftrace、火焰图），具备系统级性能瓶颈定位与优化经验。 8. 熟悉软件版本管理和发布流程，有结合 AI 工具完善工作流程提效经验者为佳。 加分项 - 有激光雷达（以太网 / UDP 协议）或相机（MIPI-CSI / USB）驱动量产开发经验。 - 具备零拷贝数据传输（DMA-BUF / mmap）、多传感器时间同步（PTP / gPTP）实战经验。 - 有低功耗设计经验，熟悉 Linux 电源管理子系统（Suspend / Resume、Runtime PM）。 - 有 ROS / ROS2 开发经验，了解机器人软件架构。 - 了解车载网络（CAN FD / 以太网 TSN）与功能安全 ISO 26262 标准。
