Ben jij sterk in het creëren van structuur binnen complexe projecten? Krijg jij energie van planning, kwaliteit, risico's en Systems Engineering? Dan is dit jouw kans om impact te maken op uitdagende infraprojecten (bouwteams en/of UAV-gc) in regio Noord-Holland en Utrecht.

Jouw rol

Als Procescoördinator zorg jij ervoor dat projecten beheerst en voorspelbaar verlopen. Je ondersteunt projectleiders bij projectbeheersing en bewaakt de processen die nodig zijn om grip te houden op voortgang, kwaliteit, risico's en contractuele afspraken.

Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen projectmanagement, uitvoering en techniek. Dankzij jouw overzicht en gestructureerde aanpak beschikken projectteams altijd over de juiste informatie om projecten succesvol te realiseren.

Concreet betekent dit dat jij:

  • Regie voert op projectbeheersing en processen
  • Kwaliteitsplannen opstelt en bewaakt
  • Coördineert op planning, documentmanagement, Systems Engineering, risico-, raakvlak- en contractmanagement
  • Stuurt op voortgang, budget en kwaliteit
  • Werkt met projectmanagementsystemen zoals Relatics
  • Afwijkingen signaleert en procesverbeteringen doorvoert

Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat projecten aantoonbaar in control blijven!

Jouw kwaliteiten

Jij bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en communicatief sterk. Je houdt overzicht in complexe projectomgevingen, denkt vooruit en weet verschillende disciplines met elkaar te verbinden.

Daarnaast:

  • Heb je een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld Civiele Techniek of Technische Bedrijfskunde
  • Heb je minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als Procescoördinator, Projectbeheerser, Systems Engineer of in een vergelijkbare rol
  • Heb je ervaring binnen de infrastructuur
  • Heb je kennis van Systems Engineering en projectbeheersing
  • Heb je ervaring met planning, kwaliteitsmanagement, risicobeheersing en documentmanagement
  • Beschik je over rijbewijs B

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Een hybride functie voor 32 tot 40 uur per week
  • Een salaris tussen € 3.300,- en € 5.500,- bruto per vier weken (13 periodes), afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring
