In het kort Ben je een echt buitenmens, werk jij graag samen in een asfaltploeg en ben jij degene die graag de mouwen opstroopt? Dan zijn we op zoek naar jou.

Jouw baan als balkman Als balkman bedien je de asfaltafwerkmachine, dit doe je samen met de machinist. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de afwerkbalk. Jij bent dé specialist en weet hoe je de balk moet instellen en waar je op moet letten bij het aanleggen van het asfalt.

Je bent onderdeel van de asfaltploeg en samen met je teamgenoten ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit en voortgang van het werk, op basis van de gemaakte afspraken met de asfaltuitvoerder en de vastgestelde procedures. Je bent mede verantwoordelijk voor het in stand houden van een veilige werkomgeving, conform de voorschriften in het instructieboekje.

Jouw kwaliteiten als balkman

  • Erkend machinistendiploma of bereid deze te halen
  • Flexibel inzetbaar in verband met onregelmatige werktijden, zoals nacht- en weekendwerk

  • Een fulltime salaris tussen € 3.930 en € 4.875 per maand. Afhankelijk van functie, ervaring en diploma’s;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding woon-werkverkeer à € 0,25 cent per kilometer.
  • Een goede pensioenregeling volgens de bouw & infra cao;
  • 48 vakantiedagen waarvan je een deel spaart in het Tijdspaarfonds. Je kunt zelf kiezen: lekker vrij nemen of de dagen uit laten betalen voor extra geld;

Onze regio Werken bij KWS Infra Rotterdam-Zwijndrecht betekent werken binnen een sterk vertegenwoordigde regionale club, die deelt uitmaakt van een groot concern. Het werkgebied van onze vestiging omvat met name de provincie Zuid-Holland, maar ook kom je onze teams “net over de grens” tegen bijvoorbeeld in Noord-Brabant samen met de collega’s van Roosendaal en Noord-Holland.
