Bouwteamleider Ben je toe aan een verdere stap in jouw ontwikkeling als GWW Ontwerper of wil je een nieuwe omgeving als ontwerpleider? Dan hebben wij in onze vestiging een mooie functie open staan! Wij zoeken iemand die procesmatig sterk is, met een ontwerp achtergrond die voor ons de leiding neemt bij ontwerpvraagstukken in tenders, bouwteams en projecten in uitvoering in onze regio.

Jouw baan Als Bouwteamleider ben jij de spil in het succes van onze infraprojecten. Je neemt het voortouw vanaf de tender tot en met de realisatie. Samen met je bouwteam zorg je ervoor dat projecten niet alleen technisch kloppen, maar ook écht waarde toevoegen voor klant en omgeving.

Je ontwikkelt een slimme tenderstrategie en overtuigt opdrachtgevers met een sterke presentatie. Je begeleidt het ontwerptraject van schets tot uitvoeringsontwerp, waarbij je continu schakelt tussen klantwensen, maakbaarheid en budget. Je stuurt een multidisciplinair bouwteam aan, motiveert collega’s en deelt je kennis. Je onderhoudt intensief contact met opdrachtgevers en stakeholders, waarbij je oog hebt voor zowel de harde als de zachte kant van samenwerken. Je bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit, planning en financiën, zodat het project soepel en succesvol verloopt.

In deze rol zijn er diverse doorgroeimogelijkheden naar bijvoorbeeld grote projecten binnen KWS@vice, of in de regio als tendermanager en projectmanager

Wie ben jij?

Als Bouwteamleider: • Vind je het leuk om samen te werken, met de inhoud bezig te zijn, tot het beste ontwerp te komen en de kartrekker zijn in de bouwteamfase

• Heb je een HBO werk- en denkniveau en een opleiding in de richting van civiele techniek;

• Heb je minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met ontwerpen in de grond- weg en waterbouw;

• Heb je kennis van modelleersoftware zoals AutoCAD, Civil3D;

• Heb je ervaring met raakvlakmanagement, BIM en systems engineering;

• Beheers je de Nederlandse taal in woord als geschrift, Engels is een pré

Jouw regio

KWS Infra vestiging Zwolle-Leek realiseert kleine en grote infrastructurele projecten van ontwerp tot uitvoering en onderhoud in de provincies Friesland, Groningen, Drenthe, Overijssel, Flevoland en in de kop van de provincie Gelderland. Zelfstandig als vestiging of samen met andere onderdelen binnen KWS of VolkerWessels. De soorten projecten zijn veelzijdig zoals wegenbouw, waterbouw, grondverzet, meebouwen aan datacenters en windparken of onderhoud van infra objecten.
