Voor onze vestiging KWS Amsterdam Utrecht zoeken we een gedreven Calculator met een passie voor infra én duurzaamheid. Ben jij klaar om bij te dragen aan projecten die onze regio veiliger, groener en beter bereikbaar maken?

Jouw baan

Als Calculator binnen KWS Amsterdam Utrecht ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van kostprijsberekeningen en begrotingen voor uiteenlopende GWW projecten. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je werkt aan zowel kleinschalige lokale werken als aan complexe integrale infrastructurele projecten.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Het opstellen van gedetailleerde begrotingen en kostprijsberekeningen.
  • Projecten zoals asfalt- en straatwerk, saneringen, grondverzet en riolering.
  • RAW projecten én (afhankelijk van ervaring) complexe D&C tenders.
  • Overleg met onderaannemers, tendermanagers en projectleiders.
  • Het bepalen van de beste inschrijvingsstrategie samen met de directie
  • Een zorgvuldige overdracht richting onze uitvoeringsteams.

Binnen jouw rol maak je bewust duurzame keuzes. Je denkt mee over innovatieve technieken, circulaire materialen en oplossingen die onze projecten toekomstbestendig maken. Zo draag je concreet bij aan de duurzame missie van KWS.

Wat maakt werken bij KWS bijzonder?

  • Een aantrekkelijk salaris van €3.700 – €5.200 per 4 weken (13 periodes), wat neerkomt op €4.000 – €5.500 per maand.
  • Goede primaire én secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens CAO Bouw & Infra.
  • 40 (!) vrije dagen bij een fulltime dienstverband.
  • Een elektrische auto met laadpas voor heel Europa.
  • Laptop en telefoon van de zaak.
  • Een informele en hechte werksfeer waarbij gezelligheid niet ontbreekt: golfclinics, padellen, karten, jeu de boules, het bedrijfsbureau organiseert regelmatig leuke teamuitjes.

Jouw kwaliteiten

Je bent analytisch sterk, nauwkeurig en communiceert helder.

Daarnaast:

  • Heb je kennis van RAW systematiek, UAV GC en EMVI.
  • Heb je ervaring met Metacom (pré).
  • Heb je aantoonbare affiniteit met wegenbouw (must).
  • Ben je zorgvuldig, kritisch en heb je oog voor detail.
  • Heb je minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als calculator in de wegenbouw.
  • Heb je een duidelijke visie op duurzaamheid en weet je die overtuigend uit te dragen.
