Help jij mee aan het verduurzamen van de modernste asfaltcentrale van Nederland?

Bij APH B.V. in Hoogblokland produceren we dagelijks asfalt voor infrastructurele projecten in heel Nederland. Als Installatiechef zorg jij ervoor dat onze asfaltcentrale technisch optimaal presteert. Met jouw kennis van installaties, onderhoud en procesverbetering draag je direct bij aan een veilige, betrouwbare en duurzame productie.

Jouw rol

Als Installatiechef ben je technisch eindverantwoordelijk voor het functioneren van de asfaltcentrale. Je richt je op de betrouwbaarheid, beschikbaarheid en prestaties van de installaties en werkt dagelijks aan het verbeteren van processen en techniek.

Je bent veel aanwezig op de centrale, schakelt met operators, monteurs, leveranciers en externe onderhoudspartijen en zorgt ervoor dat onderhoudswerkzaamheden zorgvuldig worden voorbereid en uitgevoerd. Dankzij jouw technische inzicht worden storingen snel opgelost en voorkom je stilstand waar mogelijk.

Daarnaast analyseer je technische knelpunten, initieer je verbeterprojecten en werk je mee aan investeringen, revisies en verduurzamingsprojecten binnen de centrale. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoudsbeleid en zorgt ervoor dat installaties veilig, efficiënt en volgens geldende normen blijven functioneren.

Ook speel je een belangrijke rol bij het bewaken van productkwaliteit. Samen met operators en het laboratorium zorg je ervoor dat onze asfaltmengsels voldoen aan de gestelde kwaliteitseisen en certificeringen zoals FPC en BRL 9320.

Hoewel je enkele medewerkers aanstuurt en coördineert, ligt het zwaartepunt van deze functie nadrukkelijk op techniek, installaties en procesoptimalisatie.

Wie jij bent

Jij krijgt energie van techniek en het oplossen van technische vraagstukken. Je bent analytisch, praktisch ingesteld en voelt je thuis in een industriële omgeving.

Verder:

  • Heb je hbo werk- en denkniveau.
  • Heb je een technische opleiding, bijvoorbeeld Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektrotechniek of Technische Bedrijfskunde.
  • Is een achtergrond in Werktuigbouwkunde een sterke pré.
  • Heb je ervaring met onderhoud, installaties en/of productieprocessen.
  • Heb je kennis van veiligheids- en milieuwetgeving zoals VCA en BRL-richtlijnen.
  • Ben je woonachtig binnen circa 60 minuten van Hoogblokland.
