Junior Contractmanager

Binnen Gebr. Van Kessel zijn wij op zoek naar een Junior Contractmanager. Achter ieder succesvol infraproject liggen honderden afspraken, contracten en belangen. Als Junior Contractmanager leer jij hoe je daarin het verschil maakt. Je wordt onderdeel van een ervaren team dat je meeneemt in het vak. Vanaf de eerste aanbesteding tot de oplevering van een project ontdek je hoe contractmanagement in de praktijk werkt. Je leert risico's herkennen, contracten analyseren en projectteams ondersteunen bij uiteenlopende contractuele vraagstukken. Geen jarenlange ervaring nodig, maar wel de ambitie om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Je krijgt de ruimte om te leren, verantwoordelijkheid te pakken en stap voor stap uit te groeien tot een zelfstandige contractmanager binnen één van de mooiste infrabedrijven van Nederland.

Jouw baan

Als Junior Contractmanager werk je vanaf dag één mee aan uitdagende infraprojecten. Je ondersteunt ervaren contractmanagers tijdens aanbestedingen, projectvoorbereidingen en de uitvoeringsfase. Zo leer je hoe contracten worden toegepast, welke risico’s een rol spelen en hoe contractmanagement bijdraagt aan succesvolle projecten.

  • Je ondersteunt bij het analyseren van contracten en aanbestedingsdocumenten;
  • Je helpt bij het signaleren en vastleggen van contractuele risico’s en wijzigingen;
  • Je ondersteunt projectteams bij contractuele vraagstukken en documentatie;
  • Je werkt samen met tenderteams, projectleiders, contractmanagers en bedrijfsjuristen;
  • Je ontwikkelt jezelf stap voor stap tot een zelfstandig contractmanager.

Jouw kwaliteiten

Je bent nieuwsgierig, nauwkeurig en wilt graag begrijpen hoe grote projecten contractueel worden georganiseerd. Je durft vragen te stellen, neemt initiatief en krijgt energie van samenwerken.

  • HBO- of WO-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een juridische, technische of bedrijfskundige richting;
  • Affiniteit met de bouw- of infrabranche;
  • Interesse in contractvormen zoals UAV, RAW en UAV-GC;
  • Een proactieve, leergierige en communicatief sterke instelling;
  • Rijbewijs B.
