Jij staat aan het stuur van impactvolle projecten

Wil jij leren hoe grote wegenbouwprojecten écht worden gemaakt? Bij Gebr. Van Kessel krijg je als Junior Uitvoerder Wegenbouw de kans om direct mee te draaien in de praktijk. Je werkt vanuit onze vestiging Midden/Zuid (Buren en Tilburg) aan zichtbare en impactvolle projecten, zoals het Stadsforum Tilburg en de realisatie van woonwijk Meteren. Projecten waar je trots op kunt zijn en waar jij zelf invloed op hebt.

Je werkt samen met een ervaren uitvoerder die jou begeleidt en meeneemt in het vak. Zie het als een goed ingespeeld duo: samen sturen jullie het project aan en zorg je dat alles buiten soepel loopt. Bij ons krijg je verantwoordelijkheid, vertrouwen en de ruimte om te groeien.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Junior Uitvoerder ben je dagelijks op de bouwplaats te vinden en leer je stap voor stap hoe je een project aanstuurt. Jij houdt overzicht, schakelt met mensen en zorgt dat het werk goed en veilig gebeurt.

Concreet ga jij:

  • Meedraaien in de dagelijkse uitvoering van wegenbouwprojecten
  • Collega’s, onderaannemers en leveranciers aansturen en motiveren
  • Toezien op planning, kwaliteit, kosten en veiligheid
  • De voortgang bewaken en bijzonderheden bespreken met de uitvoerder en projectleider
  • Beslissen over de dagelijkse werkverdeling op de bouwplaats
  • Administratie bijhouden (zoals bestekadministratie en bonnen)
  • Steeds zelfstandiger worden en meer verantwoordelijkheid pakken

Je werkt aan stedelijke herinrichtingen en het woonrijp maken van nieuwe woonwijken in Gelderland en Noord-Brabant. En minstens zo belangrijk: successen vieren we samen. Met teamuitjes, barbecues en quizavonden blijft het ook buiten werktijd gezellig.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent leergierig, praktisch ingesteld en wil het vak leren door te doen. Je durft vragen te stellen, ziet wat beter kan en spreekt dat ook uit. Gaat er iets mis? Dan denk jij in oplossingen.

Verder:

  • Heb je een MBO 4-opleiding of hoger (bij voorkeur Civiele Techniek)
  • Beheers je de Nederlandse taal goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Sta je open voor cursussen en opleidingen
  • Werk je graag samen en neem je initiatief
  • Ben je in het bezit van rijbewijs B
