Wil jij een technische carrière beginnen waarin je echt impact maakt op de infrastructuur van Nederland? Als procesoperator asfaltcentrale werk je midden in het hart van de productie en leer je stap voor stap hoe hoogwaardige asfaltmengsels worden gemaakt.

Jouw baan

In deze functie start je als medewerker binnen de asfaltcentrale, waar je alle facetten van het productieproces leert kennen. Je ondersteunt bij uiteenlopende werkzaamheden op en rond de centrale, van het netjes en veilig houden van het terrein tot het assisteren bij onderhoud en het laden en lossen van materialen. Zo krijg je een compleet beeld van hoe de centrale optimaal draait en ontwikkel je technisch inzicht in de praktijk.

Je werkt nauw samen met logistieke collega’s en operators en raakt betrokken bij het wegen van grondstoffen, het begeleiden van transporten en het verwerken van productiegegevens. Hierdoor ontwikkel je niet alleen je technische vaardigheden, maar leer je ook omgaan met administratie en digitale systemen binnen het proces.

Naarmate je groeit in de rol, krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid richting het productieproces. Je leert hoe asfaltmengsels worden aangestuurd en bewaakt, hoe je afwijkingen signaleert en hoe je samenwerkt met machinisten en de plantmanager om de kwaliteit te waarborgen. Dit vormt de ideale basis om door te groeien naar operator/menger binnen enkele jaren.

Je werkt in een dynamisch ploegensysteem (dag, nacht en weekend), waarbij geen dag hetzelfde is. De cultuur is nuchter, hands-on en gericht op samenwerking en ontwikkeling. Wie initiatief toont en wil leren, krijgt hier volop kansen om door te groeien en zich verder te specialiseren binnen de techniek.

Jouw kwaliteiten

Je bent iemand met technisch inzicht of de motivatie om dit snel te ontwikkelen. Je vindt het leuk om in een industriële omgeving te werken en bent niet bang om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Omdat je werkt met productieprocessen en systemen, voel je je comfortabel met computers en administratieve taken. Je doel is duidelijk: je wilt het vak leren en doorgroeien naar een zelfstandige operatorrol waarin je het proces bewaakt en aanstuurt.

Daarnaast heb je:

  • Technisch inzicht of affiniteit met techniek
  • Je bent bereid om in ploegendienst te werken (dag, nacht en weekend)
  • Je hebt de ambitie om binnen 2 à 3 jaar door te groeien naar operator/menger
  • Je bent niet bang voor computers en administratieve werkzaamheden
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal op professioneel niveau
