Tripolis Park op de Zuidas, de NDSM-werf en Station Ede-Wageningen.

Projecten die dagelijks door duizenden mensen worden gebruikt. Als Projectleider Sport, Groen & Leefomgeving zorg jij dat dit soort projecten werkelijkheid worden.

Je leidt projecten van initiatief tot oplevering en werkt aan groene buitenruimtes die zichtbaar bijdragen aan een duurzamer Nederland. Van daktuinen en gevelgroen tot complete terreininrichtingen en hoogwaardige buitenruimtes rondom woon-, werk- en recreatiegebieden.

Je krijgt veel vrijheid, verantwoordelijkheid en de ruimte om écht impact te maken.

Jouw baan

Geen standaardprojecten, geen standaarddagen.

Vanaf de eerste projectfase ben je betrokken bij de ontwikkeling en realisatie van uiteenlopende projecten binnen de groene leefomgeving. Je denkt mee over de beste aanpak, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat projecten succesvol worden uitgevoerd.

Jij bent de verbindende factor tussen opdrachtgever, uitvoering, leveranciers en collega's. Je houdt overzicht, neemt beslissingen en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokkenen samen toewerken naar hetzelfde resultaat.

Wat je concreet doet:

  • Je leidt projecten van initiatief tot oplevering;
  • Je stuurt projectteams aan en bewaakt planning, kwaliteit en financiën;
  • Je onderhoudt relaties met opdrachtgevers en bouwt deze verder uit;
  • Je ziet kansen voor nieuwe projecten en vervolgopdrachten;
  • Je zorgt voor een veilige en succesvolle uitvoering.

Jouw kwaliteiten

Je krijgt energie van het realiseren van projecten die zichtbaar resultaat opleveren. Je houdt overzicht, weet mensen te verbinden en voelt je prettig in een omgeving waar veel tegelijk gebeurt.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Ervaring met het leiden van projecten binnen een technische of projectmatige omgeving;
  • Rijbewijs B.
