Jouw rol als Projectbegeleider op Schiphol Als Senior Projectbegeleider ben jij de spil binnen het projectteam. Jij overziet het geheel en zorgt ervoor dat zowel de voorbereiding als de uitvoering van het project vlekkeloos verlopen. Jij werkt aan uiteenlopende en multidisciplinaire projecten op één van de meest indrukwekkende en dynamische locaties van Nederland: Schiphol!

Denk aan het realiseren van nieuwe vliegtuigopstelplaatsen (VOP’s), passagiersbruggen, lichtmasten, asfalt- en betonverhardingen en het aanleggen van doorlaatposten. Dit gebeurt dagelijks allemaal midden in de operatie van de luchthaven.

Je rol is breed en je kan veel impact maken. Je stelt planningen op, vertaalt logistieke vraagstukken naar uitvoerbare oplossingen en bewaakt continu de veiligheid, kwaliteit en financiële kaders van het project. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van KWS en ons zusterbedrijf Vialis – samen opereren we onder de naam VolkerInfra Schiphol. Duurzaamheid is een belangrijk onderdeel van ons werk, jij levert hier als ervaren professional een actieve bijdrage aan.

Met jouw senioriteit fungeer je als klankbord voor het team. Je neemt initiatief, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen goed voorbereid en met energie aan de slag kan. Werken op Schiphol betekent opereren in een omgeving die 24/7 in beweging is. Jij weet daar met jouw ervaring en overzicht uitstekend op in te spelen.

  • Een bruto salaris, afhankelijk van je werkervaring, van €4900,- tot €6500,- bruto per 4 weken, uitbetaald in 13 periodes.
  • 25 vakantiedagen en 15 roostervrije dagen, plus een uitstekende pensioenregeling conform de CAO Bouw & Infra;
  • Telefoon en laptop van de zaak;
  • Volop ontwikkelmogelijkheden binnen KWS en VolkerWessels;
  • Een elektrische auto met laadpas voor heel Europa, passend bij onze duurzame missie.

Wat breng jij mee? Jij bent opgewassen tegen veranderende planningen, blijft rustig op momenten van hectiek en vindt het leuk om in contact te zijn met diverse stakeholders. Daarnaast heb jij:

  • Minimaal een afgeronde opleiding in Civiele Techniek;
  • Ten minste 7 jaar ervaring als Projectbegeleider in de GWW-sector;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Het vermogen om te functioneren in een complexe, dynamische omgeving.

Over ons Bij KWS Amsterdam-Utrecht werk jij regionaal aan grond- weg- en waterbouw projecten. In de kop van Noord Holland, Amsterdam of Utrecht. In de stad of in de polder. Kleine of grote projecten. Van Schiphol tot de Markermeerdijken. KWS Amsterdam-Utrecht heeft het allemaal!
