Bij KWS Amsterdam–Utrecht bieden wij een traineeship waarin jij samen met een ervaren mentor gericht werkt aan jouw toekomst binnen de GWW.

Traineeship bij KWS

Dit traineeship is bedoeld voor starters met 0 tot 3 jaar werkervaring in de Civiele Techniek. Samen met jouw mentor bepaal jij de richting van jouw ontwikkeling. Je doet ervaring op binnen verschillende disciplines, zoals:

  • Werkvoorbereiding
  • Uitvoering
  • Calculatie
  • Tendermanagement en ontwerp

Door in meerdere rollen en omgevingen te werken, ontdek je waar jouw kracht en interesses liggen. Zo ontwikkel jij je tot een volwaardige professional binnen de GWW en bouwen we samen aan jouw verdere loopbaan binnen KWS en/of VolkerWessels. Er is veel ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en doorgroei.

Wat houdt het programma in?

Het programma duurt 2 tot 3 jaar, afhankelijk van jouw wensen en interesses. Daarnaast:

  • Werk je op verschillende afdelingen binnen KWS vestiging AMS-UTR om zoveel mogelijk kanten van ons bedrijf te zien.
  • Maak je deel uit van de groep Young Professionals binnen KWS (elk kwartaal projectbezoeken, kennis delen en netwerken).
  • Je volgt een uitgebreid cursusprogramma met o.a. trainingen van de VolkerWessels Academy.
  • Je kunt lid worden van Jong VolkerWessels: een netwerk van jonge professionals binnen VolkerWessels die allerlei interessante activiteiten organiseren, zoals projectbezoeken, workshops en denktanks.

Wat bieden wij jou?

Om jouw traineeship succesvol te laten verlopen, zorgen wij voor goede begeleiding en sterke arbeidsvoorwaarden. Je kunt rekenen op:

  • Een startsalaris vanaf €3.000 bruto per 4 weken (op maandbasis vanaf €3.250 bruto).
  • Arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de CAO Bouw & Infra, waaronder 40 vakantiedagen.
  • Een laptop en telefoon.
  • Een elektrische bedrijfsauto met laadpas voor heel Europa, passend bij onze duurzame ambitie.
  • De mogelijkheid om hybride te werken: op projectlocaties, kantoor en thuis.

Binnen KWS Amsterdam–Utrecht, KWS landelijk en VolkerWessels zijn er ruime loopbaanmogelijkheden. Samen werken we aan jouw ontwikkeling én aan de toekomst van de infrastructuur.

Je bent een enthousiaste en gedreven starter met een achtergrond in Civiele Techniek. Verder:
