Ben jij een ervaren Uitvoerder in de Civiele Techniek en ben je toe aan een nieuw project? Bij KWS werk je als Uitvoerder aan uiteenlopende GWW-projecten in hartje Amsterdam: midden in de stad, tussen bewoners, ondernemers, fietsers en toeristen. Je bouwt aan bereikbaarheid en leefbaarheid, op straat én langs het water. Wil je meer weten? Lees dan verder!

Jouw baan

Als uitvoerder bij KWS ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van jouw projecten. Je maakt een strakke dag- en weekplanning, bewaakt de veiligheid op de werkplek en houdt de voortgang en financiën van jouw project(en) op orde.

Centrum Amsterdam vraagt om extra scherpte: beperkte ruimte, slimme logistiek, strak faseren en continu afstemmen met de omgeving. Jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat het buiten draait, ook als het plan vandaag net even anders moet dan gisteren.

Je geeft leiding aan een team van voormannen, vaklieden, machinisten en leveranciers. Afhankelijk van de omvang stuur je één of meerdere projecten tegelijk aan. Daarbij werk je bij elk project nauw samen met de werkvoorbereider en projectleider om het project succesvol af te ronden. Samen bouwen vind jij leuk!

  • Een functie vanaf 32 uur per week;
  • Een fulltime salaris tot € 7.041 euro bruto per maand. Afhankelijk van aantal jaar ervaring.
  • 25 vakantiedagen, 3 kort verzuim en 15 roostervrije dagen vanuit de bouw en infra cao;
  • Een goede pensioenregeling met werkgeversbijdrage;
  • Gezien onze duurzame missie een elektrische auto met laadpas voor heel Europa;
  • Volop opleidings- en ontwikkelmogelijkheden.

Jouw kwaliteiten Als Uitvoerder houd jij moeiteloos het overzicht en stuur je bij waar nodig. Je weet wat er speelt binnen je team, hebt oog voor je collega’s en staat altijd klaar met een luisterend oor. Dankzij jouw sterke communicatie en besluitvaardigheid weet je elke situatie goed te managen. Daarnaast:

  • Heb jij minimaal een MBO diploma in een technische richting;
  • Heb jij ervaring als Uitvoerder in de Civiele Techniek;
  • Heb je ervaring in of affiniteit met de wegenbouw;
  • Ben jij in staat om een goede relatie met opdrachtgevers te behouden;
  • Heb je kennis van diverse contractvormen en werkmethoden.

Ons bedrijf Bij KWS Amsterdam-Utrecht werk jij regionaal aan grond- weg- en waterbouw projecten. In de kop van Noord Holland, Amsterdam of Utrecht. In de stad of in de polder. Kleine of grote projecten. Van Schiphol tot de Markermeerdijken. KWS Amsterdam-Utrecht heeft het allemaal!
