Binnen KWS Rotterdam-Zwijndrecht zijn wij op zoek naar een Walsmachinist die onze asfaltploeg komt versterken!

Jouw baan als Walsmachinist Als Walsmachinist ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het kwalitatief goed en verantwoord verdichten van de asfaltverhardingen. Het is in deze rol belangrijk dat je streeft naar kwalitatief en goed werk omdat je de verantwoordelijkheid draagt voor de verdichting van de aangebrachte asfaltlaag. Als Walsmachinist werk je met uiteenlopende walsen (tandem, statisch, drierol en bandenwals).

Jouw kwaliteiten als Walsmachinist Zie jij graag resultaat van je werk? Werk je graag samen met andere doeners? Ben je fulltime beschikbaar en bereid om naast reguliere diensten ook nacht- en weekenddiensten te verrichten? Kunnen wij een milieubewuste en efficiënte omgang met onze materialen aan jou toevertrouwen? Voel jij je verantwoordelijk voor het in stand houden van een veilige werkomgeving, de kwaliteit en voortgang van het werk? Dan zijn wij naar jou op zoek!

Een B rijbewijs is noodzakelijk, een erkend diploma tot machinist heeft een pré maar is ook mogelijk om via ons te behalen.

  • Een fulltime functie voor 40 uur per week;
  • Een fulltime salaris tussen € 3.930 en € 4.875 per maand. Afhankelijk van functie, ervaring en diploma’s;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding woon-werkverkeer à € 0,25 cent per kilometer.
  • Een goede pensioenregeling volgens de bouw & infra cao;
  • 48 vakantiedagen waarvan je een deel spaart in het Tijdspaarfonds. Je kunt zelf kiezen: lekker vrij nemen of de dagen uit laten betalen voor extra geld;
  • Collectieve bouwvak- en kerstvakantie.
  • Werken met de nieuwste machines bij een marktleider.
