Ben jij een echte regelaar? Ben je een verbinder? Kom ons dan versterken in de rol van werkvoorbereider! Als werkvoorbereider ben je erg belangrijk bij de realisatie van onze projecten. Je zorgt er namelijk voor dat voor aanvang van het project alles geregeld is! Je draagt ook nog eens zorg voor een juiste overdracht van kennis van calculatie tot en met uitvoering.

Wat ga je doen? Als werkvoorbereider heb je een hele belangrijke rol, want door jouw efficiënte planning en organisatie van de technische werkzaamheden lever jij een zichtbare bijdrage aan het succes van het project! Je maakt het gehele bouwproces mee, van tender tot aan ontwerp, uitvoering en onderhoud. JIJ zorgt dat alles goed geregeld is. Zo houd je je de ene dag bezig met de tijdsplanning en financiën van een project en ben je de andere dag bezig met kwaliteit en veiligheid. Maar geen zorgen, je bent niet alleen! Je werkt in een geweldig team, met een projectleider, uitvoerders, een calculator en een administrateur. Want samen komen we verder en leren we meer.

Jouw kwaliteiten Kan jij bewust met geld omgaan? Ben je proactief en resultaatgericht? En heb je enige ervaring in de wegenbouw? Dan is deze functie op jouw lijf geschreven!

  • Verder ben je minimaal in bezit van een MBO opleiding in een technische richting;
  • Heb je al enige ervaring in een soortgelijke functie;
  • Heb je ervaring in of affiniteit met de wegenbouw;
  • En heb je kennis van diverse contractvormen en werkmethoden, denk hierbij aan RAW en Design & constuct.

Wat bieden wij je

  • Een hybride functie voor min. 32 uur per week
  • Een fulltime salaris van € 2.800 tot €6.500 bruto per 4 weken uitbetaald in 13 periodes. Het salaris is afhankelijk van junior-medior-senior niveau;
  • Vanuit de bouw en infra cao ontvang je 40 vakantiedagen, 3 kortverzuimdagen en een goede pensioenregeling met werkgeversbijdrage;
  • Gezien onze duurzame missie krijg je van ons een elektrische auto met laadpas voor heel Europa.
