У команду Big Data шукаємо фахівця/-чиню з підтримки продажу бізнес-рішень, що відповідатиме за підтримку та обслуговування існуючих клієнтів продуктів Big Data та реалізацію заходів, щодо утримання існуючих та залучення нових користувачів продуктів Big Data.

Що треба робити?

  • Надавати консультації клієнтам, щодо роботи платформи Adwisor та API-порталу
  • Супроводжувати клієнтів з питань налаштування сервісів та усунення проблем у роботі
  • Опрацювувати звернення, скарги та нестандартні ситуації
  • Комунікувати з клієнтами через електронну пошту та інші канали зв'язку
  • Взаємодіяти з технічними фахівцями щодо вирішення клієнтських запитів та інцидентів
  • Збирати, аналізувати та передавати технічні дані і зворотний зв'язок від клієнтів до команди розробки
  • Контролювати виконання задач та супроводжувати клієнтські звернення до повного вирішення питання
  • Готувати презентації, звіти та аналітичні матеріалів в Excel, PowerPoint
  • Координувати процеси між бізнес-підрозділами, клієнтами та технічними командами
