Ми шукаємо фахівця/-чиню з супроводу корпоративних клієнтів, який/-а відповідатиме за якісний сервіс, розвиток довгострокових відносин із бізнес-клієнтами та підтримку високого рівня клієнтського досвіду. На цій ролі важливими будуть щоденна взаємодія з клієнтами, координація внутрішніх процесів та проактивне вирішення запитів і сервісних питань.

Що треба робити?

  • Супроводжувати корпоративних клієнтів та забезпечувати якісний сервіс на всіх етапах співпраці
  • Визначати потреби клієнтів та пропонувати рішення для розвитку послуг і сервісів
  • Підключати, модифікувати та супроводжувати мобільні, фіксовані та інші продукти компанії
  • Обробляти звернення клієнтів та координувати їх оперативне вирішення
  • Готувати договори, кейси та супровідні документи відповідно до процедур компанії
  • Підтримувати довгострокові відносини з бізнес-клієнтами та допомагати у вирішенні сервісних питань

  • Маєте досвід роботи від 2 років у роботі з клієнтами у телекомунікаційних або сервісних компаніях

  • Впевнено користуєтесь ПК та продуктами MS Office
  • Вмієте працювати в команді та швидко навчаєтесь
