Als (Junior) Technical Asset Manager übernimmst du Verantwortung für die technische Betriebsführung unseres BESS-Portfolios in Deutschland. Du wirkst bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Operation & Maintenance-Strategien (O&M) mit, unterstützt die Sicherstellung einer sicheren und zuverlässigen Systemperformance und trägst zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der technischen Verfügbarkeit und Effizienz unserer Assets bei. Dabei hast du direkten Impact auf die Wirtschaftlichkeit unseres BESS-Portfolios in Deutschland.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von O&M-Strukturen und -Prozessen für unser BESS-Portfolio
  • Unterstützung bei der technischen Betriebsüberführung neuer Anlagen, einschließlich Abnahmen, Dokumentationsprüfung und Übergabe in den Regelbetrieb
  • Überwachung des laufenden Anlagenbetriebs anhand von Monitoring-Systemen sowie Nachverfolgung von Störungen, Ausfällen und technischen Auffälligkeiten
  • Koordination interner Teams sowie externer Serviceprovider für die Erbringung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsdienstleistungen
  • Analyse von Betriebsdaten und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem kommerziellen Asset Management
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung technischer Standards, Sicherheitsanforderungen und regulatorischer Vorgaben

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, technisches Management oder vergleichbar
  • Erste Erfahrungen im O&M‑Umfeld von Energieinfrastrukturprojekten
  • Verständnis für die Schnittstelle zwischen Technik und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Interesse an technischen Systemen sowie an Energie- und Infrastrukturprojekten
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
