Nous recherchons un(e) Chef de Rang – 39h/semaine, passionné(e) et motivé(e), prêt(e) à vivre cette aventure unique.

Les responsabilités :

  • Effectuer le service en salle de restaurant depuis la préparation de la salle jusqu’à l’accueil du client, le service à table, l’encaissement, le départ du client et les opérations de remise en état de la salle,
  • Présenter les mets et les boissons de la carte et faire des suggestions au client,
  • S’assurer de la pleine satisfaction de nos clients, véhiculer l’image de marque de l’Atelier Entrecôte & Volaille,
  • Nettoyer et entretenir les locaux et le matériel du restaurant,

  • Maîtriser le port du plateau, des assiettes,
  • Maîtriser les gestes et postures permettant de travailler en toute sécurité,
  • Maîtriser les règles et normes d’hygiènes légales,
  • Maîtriser les timings d’un service,
  • Appliquer les standards de qualité de l’Atelier Entrecôte & Volaille,
  • Favoriser la politique commerciale de l’établissement,
  • S’adapter à la diversité de la clientèle.
