Responsabilités Clés

  • Évaluer les besoins des patients et élaborer des plans de traitement personnalisés en collaboration avec l'équipe médicale.
  • Fournir des séances de physiothérapie adaptées aux objectifs de réhabilitation de chaque patient.
  • S'assurer du suivi et de la documentation précis des progrès des patients.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec d'autres professionnels de santé pour optimiser les soins aux patients.
  • Participer aux discussions d'équipe et proposer des idées pour améliorer les pratiques cliniques.

Compétences et Qualifications Requises

  • Bachelor of Science HES\-SO en physiothérapie ou titre jugé équivalent, validé par la Croix Rouge suisse
  • Expérience préalable en physiothérapie, de préférence dans un environnement hospitalier ou de réadaptation.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à travailler en équipe.
  • Esprit d'initiative et disposition proactive pour l'amélioration continue des soins.
  • Maîtrise de la langue française, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
