Mandatés par l'un de nos clients, nous recherchons un(e) Physiothérapeute à 100% pour une longue mission au sein d'un établissement médico\-social.

Rejoignez un établissement de santé dynamique et engagé dans l'amélioration continue des soins. En tant que Physiothérapeute, vous aurez l'opportunité de travailler au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire passionnée par la médecine et le bien\-être des patients. Vous contribuerez de manière significative à la rééducation physique des patients en utilisant des techniques thérapeutiques variées.

Vos missions principales incluront :

  • Évaluer l'état de santé physique des patients et établir des plans de traitement personnalisés
  • Mettre en œuvre des thérapies physiques adaptées aux besoins individuels des patients
  • Collaborer avec d'autres professionnels de santé pour assurer un suivi complet et approprié des patients
  • Encourager et motiver les patients à atteindre leurs objectifs de rééducation
  • Participer activement à des projets de développement professionnel continu et à des formations internes

Nous recherchons un professionnel motivé et rigoureux, prêt à apporter ses compétences au service des patients. L'établissement privilégie les personnes aimant travailler en équipe et capables de communication efficace avec les patients et leurs familles. Une curiosité naturelle pour les nouvelles méthodes thérapeutiques et une volonté d'apprentissage constant seront grandement appréciées. La capacité à faire preuve d'empathie et de patience est essentielle pour garantir un environnement de soins de qualité. Qualités recherchées :

  • Être titulaire d'un Bachelor en physiothérapie ou diplôme équivalent (Reconnaissance de diplôme OBLIGATOIRE)
  • Excellentes compétences en communication interpersonnelle.
  • Esprit d'équipe développé.
  • Capacité d'adaptation aux diverses situations cliniques.
  • Grande empathie envers les patients.
  • Volonté d'amélioration et d'apprentissage continu.
  • Véhiculé est un atout.
