L'ORANGERIE, filiale du MAS, est une Entreprise Adaptée lyonnaise engagée pour l'inclusion professionnelle des personnes en situation de handicap (acquis ou congénial). Avec 65 collaborateurs (dont 61 % en situation de handicap), nous déployons notre expertise à travers trois métiers : l’aménagement et l’entretien des espaces verts, l’hygiène et la propreté des locaux, ainsi que les services multiservices.

Descriptif General :

Nous recrutons un Chef d'équipe espaces verts (H/F) pour le secteur Espaces Verts. Sous la direction du Responsable Espaces Verts et en lien avec le conducteur de travaux vous accompagné vos ouvriers espaces verts sur le terrain.

Missions principales :

  • Encadrer et coordonner une équipe de 2 à 4 ouvriers paysagistes en tenant compte des compétences, des habilitations et des restrictions médicales éventuelles
  • Organiser et participer aux prestations d’entretien et d’aménagements paysagers (équipe, matériel, véhicule, autorisations, ...)
  • Contribuer à la planification des prestations via ALTAGEM et veiller au respect des délais et de la qualité
  • Assurer l’utilisation en sécurité du matériel et son entretien régulier
  • Appliquer et faire appliquer les consignes de sécurité et les protocoles respectueux de l’environnement (rapport, analyse de situations dangereuses, …)
  • Être le relais entre l’équipe, l’adjoint du responsable de secteur et le client

Profil recherché :

  • Formation : CAP/BEP à Bac Pro Aménagements paysagers ou équivalent
  • Expérience : 3 ans minimum dans le métier dont au moins 1 an en encadrement d’équipe
  • Compétences : management, plantation, taille, maintenance de premier niveau, petite maçonnerie, …
  • Qualités : leadership, sens de l’organisation, adaptabilité, esprit d’équipe et autonomie
  • Permis B obligatoire, permis BE apprécié
  • Bénéficiaire de l’OETH (RQTH, AAH, CMI, …) si possible
