Forts de 65 collaborateurs (dont 61 % en situation de handicap), nous mettons notre expertise au service des entreprises à travers trois métiers : l’aménagement et l’entretien des espaces verts, l’hygiène et la propreté des locaux, ainsi que les services multiservices.

Notre mission ? Concilier performance économique, responsabilité sociale et respect de l’environnement, tout en offrant à nos partenaires une réponse concrète à leurs obligations légales et à leurs enjeux RSE. Ensemble, construisons un monde du travail plus inclusif et durable !

Description générale :

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable du secteur Hygiène et Propreté, le/la Coordinateur/trice de sites participe à la structuration et au développement du secteur. Il/elle coordonne l’activité de nettoyage des collaborateurs sur un ou plusieurs sites.

Missions principales :

  • Participer à la planification des prestations
  • Réaliser les prestations de nettoyage sur les différents sites clients
  • Suivre et contrôler l'avancement des prestations de nettoyage (qualité, sécurité, ...)
  • Accompagner et encadrer les collaborateurs (intégration, montée en compétences, ...)
  • Appliquer et faire appliquer les consignes de sécurité et les protocoles respectueux de l’environnement (rapport, analyse de situations dangereuses, …)

Contrat :

· Contrat à durée indéterminée à temps plein

· Salaire mensuel brut : 2056.65 euros

Horaires et lieux :

  • du lundi au vendredi : 6 heures à 10 heures et de 15h30 à 18h30
  • Métropole de Lyon et communes limitrophes

Profil recherché :

  • Bénéficiaire de l’OETH (RQTH, AAH, CMI, …) si possible
  • Expérience : 3 ans minimum dans le domaine professionnel dont au moins 1 an en encadrement d’équipe
  • Compétences : Leadership, sens de l’organisation, adaptabilité, esprit d’équipe et autonomie
  • Connaissance des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité
