El Analista de Calidad (Microbiología) es responsable de ejecutar el control microbiológico en el laboratorio, garantizando la confiabilidad de los resultados analíticos para la toma de decisiones sobre la inocuidad y calidad de los productos. Este rol asegura la correcta aplicación de métodos de ensayo bajo la norma ISO/IEC 17025, el cumplimiento de planes de monitoreo y la gestión de desviaciones o no conformidades en el laboratorio.

Funciones Principales

Realizar análisis microbiológicos y muestreos de acuerdo con los métodos definidos, aplicando controles bajo la norma ISO/IEC 17025 para garantizar la precisión de los resultados.

Participar en la validación o verificación de métodos de análisis microbiológico y en la aplicación de planes de monitoreo ambiental y de producto.

Evaluar e interpretar los resultados de laboratorio con criterio técnico para identificar inconsistencias, tomar decisiones sobre el empleo del producto y asegurar la salida de lotes conformes.

Registrar, investigar y dar seguimiento a desviaciones, hallazgos y no conformidades dentro del laboratorio de microbiología.

Elaborar y mantener al día los informes de calidad, registros de ensayos, calibración y verificación de equipos de laboratorio utilizando patrones y materiales de referencia.

Contribuir al Sistema de Gestión Integrado (SGI), asegurando la aplicación de normas de inocuidad, ambientales, de seguridad ocupacional y el uso adecuado de EPP.

Requisitos

Formación Académica: Título profesional en Microbiología (Microbiólogo/a).

Experiencia: Experiencia previa comprobable en análisis microbiológicos, preferentemente en laboratorios de la industria de alimentos o de ensayos de alimentos.

Conocimientos Técnicos

  • Dominio de la norma ISO/IEC 17025 (controles, aseguramiento de la validez de resultados y gestión de laboratorios).
  • Conocimientos en normativas de inocuidad y calidad: FSSC 22000, HACCP y Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM)

Competencias y Perfil Conductual

  • Rigurosidad analítica y alta atención al detalle.
  • Criterio técnico para la resolución de problemas e identificación de inconsistencias.
  • Proactividad y enfoque en la mejora continua.
  • Dominio de técnicas de análisis microbiológico, preparación de medios de cultivo y planes de monitoreo.
  • Manejo de utilitarios informáticos para el registro de datos e informes de laboratorio.
