Descripción del puesto

El Ayudante de Planta es responsable de brindar soporte operativo en las diferentes áreas productivas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procesos de producción, limpieza y manejo de materiales, bajo estándares de calidad, seguridad industrial y eficiencia. Su labor es clave para mantener la continuidad operativa y el orden dentro de la planta.

Funciones principales

  • Apoyar en las líneas de producción según las necesidades del área.
  • Realizar tareas de limpieza industrial en equipos, tanques y áreas asignadas.
  • Manipular y trasladar materiales, insumos y productos terminados.
  • Cumplir con los procedimientos de seguridad industrial y uso adecuado de EPP.
  • Colaborar en el orden y mantenimiento de las áreas de trabajo.
  • Asistir en actividades operativas adicionales asignadas por el supervisor.
  • Reportar novedades o condiciones inseguras dentro de la planta.

Requisitos

Formación académica:

  • Bachiller (indispensable).

Experiencia:

  • Deseable experiencia en trabajos operativos, producción, limpieza industrial o cargos similares.

Conocimientos:

  • Buenas prácticas de manufactura (deseable).
  • Normas básicas de seguridad industrial.

Competencias:

  • Trabajo en equipo.
  • Responsabilidad y compromiso.
  • Proactividad y disposición para aprender.
  • Adaptabilidad a turnos rotativos.
