Als Supply Chain Specialist zorg je ervoor dat de juiste voorraad beschikbaar is op elk moment zodat de serviceniveaudoelstellingen op korte en middellange termijn behaald worden. Je werkt vanuit onze productievestiging in Erpe-Mere en rapporteert aan de Supply Planning & Masterdata Manager. Daarbij werk je samen met een dynamisch team van 8 Supply Chain Leads & -Specialists.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • Beheren van het voorraadniveau van het volledige assortiment binnen het distributienetwerk.
  • Aanmaken van aankooporders o.b.v. de voorspelde behoeften.
  • Beheren van de transfer van stock tussen de warehouses en opvolgen van leveringen door externe leveranciers.
  • Monitoren van de voorraadgegevens in SAP en ervoor zorgen dat ze ten allen tijde overeenkomen met de fysieke voorraad bij de externe logistieke dienstverlener.
  • Nieuwe businessactiviteiten nauwgezet opvolgen totdat ze vlot en stabiel verlopen.
  • Acties uitwerken en opvolgen om de voorraad van traag roterende producten in het externe magazijn te verminderen.
  • Opvolgen van de leveringsprestaties van leveranciers en escaleren bij terugkerende problemen.
  • Zorgen voor correcte masterdata en kwalitatieve materiaalgegevens in SAP en actief bijdragen aan het verder verhogen van de datakwaliteit binnen de organisatie.
  • Identificeren, analyseren en implementeren van verbeterprojecten om de supply chain processen en het distributienetwerk voortdurend te optimaliseren.

Dagelijks ben je in contact met leveranciers, externe magazijnen en transportbedrijven. Intern werk je nauw samen met collega's van Customer Service, Warehouse, Purchasing en Quality.

  • Master in Logistiek, Supply Chain, Economie, Wiskunde, Ingenieurswetenschappen of gelijkwaardig.
  • Minimum 2 à 3 jaar relevante ervaring in voorraadplanning, -management en replenishment.
  • Ervaring met SAP SD/MM en een goede kennis van Excel.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden, hoge affiniteit met cijfers en een uitstekend probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Een ondernemende mindset, gecombineerd met een pragmatische en no-nonsense aanpak.
  • Oog voor detail in combinatie met een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde aanpak.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het zelfvertrouwen om je business stakeholders aan te sturen.
  • Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
