The posting

We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to help ensure efficient procurement, inventory control, and timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure the timely replenishment of inventory.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Track orders, shipments, and deliveries while addressing potential delays.
  • Maintain accurate supply chain records, reports, and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or inventory management is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant business systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
