En Laboratorio Elea, estamos buscando un profesional para ocupar el puesto de Analista de Compras Indirectas para nuestra sede de Los Polvorines.

El objetivo de la posición es asegurar el abastecimiento eficiente de servicios de laboratorio, investigación e IT, liderando negociaciones con proveedores y actuando como socio estratégico de las áreas internas para generar valor y optimizar el gasto.🚀

📝¿Cuáles serían tus tareas?

  • Gestionar procesos de compra de servicios de laboratorio, investigación e IT.
  • Liderar procesos de cotización, negociación y selección de proveedores.
  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones efectivas con clientes internos y proveedores.
  • Realizar análisis de gasto (Spend Analysis) para identificar oportunidades de optimización.
  • Participar en proyectos de mejora continua de procesos y herramientas del área.
  • Gestionar proveedores locales e internacionales.
  • Realizar seguimiento de órdenes de compra, contratos y desempeño de proveedores.
  • Colaborar con la implementación y evolución de SAP Ariba.
  • Contribuir a la estandarización y eficiencia de los procesos de abastecimiento.

Requisitos

✅ ¿Qué necesitamos de vos para sumarte al equipo?​ ​

  • Experiencia previa en Compras, preferentemente en industria farmacéutica. (Excluyente)
  • Inglés intermedio (oral y escrito). (Excluyente)
  • Capacidad analítica y orientación a datos. (Excluyente)
  • Experiencia gestionando múltiples requerimientos simultáneamente.(Excluyente)
  • Estudios universitarios finalizados o próximos a finalizar con orientación en: Administración de Empresas, Nuevos Negocios, Comercialización, Química, Farmacia o afines.
  • Será un plus contar con conocimientos de SAP o SAP Ariba.
  • Será un plus contar con idioma Portugués nivel intermedio.
  • Disponibilidada para trabajar 4 veces por semana desde nuestras oficinas de Los Polvorines y una vez home office.
