En Laboratorio Elea, estamos en búsuqeda de un Jefe de Finanzas 🚀.

Será responsable de la gestión estratégica y operativa de la Tesorería, garantizando la adecuada liquidez, la optimización del uso de fondos, la administración de la cartera de inversiones, el cumplimiento de políticas financieras internas y la gestión de relaciones con entidades bancarias. Su objetivo principal será asegurar la estabilidad financiera de la organización y brindar información clave para la toma de decisiones de la Dirección.

📝 Principales tareas:

Gestión de liquidez y flujo de fondos

  • Planificar y supervisar los movimientos financieros diarios para asegurar el cumplimiento de obligaciones.
  • Elaborar y actualizar el cash flow proyectado vs. real, anticipando necesidades de efectivo.
  • Monitorear la posición de caja y la liquidez operativa de forma permanente.

Administración de la cartera de inversiones

  • Evaluar alternativas de inversión de corto y mediano plazo acordes al perfil de riesgo de la empresa.
  • Gestionar y optimizar la cartera de instrumentos financieros (plazos fijos, fondos comunes, bonos, etc.).
  • Monitorear rendimientos, costos, riesgos y condiciones de mercado para la toma de decisiones.
  • Preparar reportes periódicos sobre desempeño y evolución de las inversiones.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas internas de inversión y lineamientos de la Dirección Financiera.

Operaciones de tesorería

  • Coordinar pagos, cobranzas, transferencias y conciliaciones bancarias.
  • Controlar y optimizar costos financieros, comisiones y servicios asociados.
  • Supervisar cuentas bancarias y operaciones diarias con instituciones financieras.

Relación con instituciones financieras

  • Negociar condiciones de líneas de crédito, servicios y productos bancarios.
  • Gestionar garantías bancarias y financiamiento.
  • Mantener relaciones activas con bancos y entidades externas.

Control, políticas y mejora continua

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas financieras internas y normativas vigentes.
  • Impulsar mejoras en los procesos de tesorería y la automatización de tareas operativas.
  • Gestionar riesgos financieros y participar en iniciativas de eficiencia.

Liderazgo

  • Liderar, coordinar y desarrollar al equipo de Tesorería.
  • Reportar a la Dirección Financiera sobre resultados, riesgos, inversiones, desvíos y oportunidades.

Requisitos

  • Título universitario en Finanzas, Administración, Contabilidad o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia comprobable en Tesorería, inversiones y gestión de equipos (5+ años).
  • Dominio avanzado de Excel y conocieminto SAP.
  • Capacidad analítica, visión financiera, orientación a resultados y sólidas habilidades de comunicación.
  • Deseable: experiencia en gestión de instrumentos financieros y automatización de procesos.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera presencial 4 dias y 1 dia de home.
