En Laboratorio Elea, estamos buscando un profesional para ocupar el puesto de Jefe de excelencia de compras 🚀 para trabajar en nuestras oficinas de Los Polvorines de lunes a viernes de 8.30 a 17hs.

El objetivo de la posición será liderar la transformación de la función de Procurement a nivel regional mediante la estandarización de procesos y políticas, y la adopción de tecnología (principalmente SAP Ariba), con foco en el desarrollo de procesos de compra por categoría que permitan la detección y maximización de sinergias entre países, generando eficiencias operativas y savings sostenibles a nivel regional.

Asimismo, será responsable de diseñar, desarrollar y consolidar la organización regional/corporativa de Compras, definiendo el modelo operativo, las capacidades, los roles y las formas de trabajo necesarias para soportar la función de Procurement de la compañía.

📝¿Cuáles serían tus tareas?

  • Diseño e implementación del modelo Corporativo / Regional de Compras.
  • Definición y gobierno del procesos Corporativo (Regional) y P2P (Local).
  • Desarrollo de procesos de compra por categoría a nivel regional.
  • Product Owner de SAP Ariba.
  • Gobierno y tracking regional de savings, en coordinación con Finanzas.
  • Desarrollo de analytics, KPIs y dashboards de gestión.
  • Gestión del cambio, adopción tecnológica y estandarización multi-país.
  • Construcción y fortalecimiento de la organización corporativa de Compras.

Responsabilidades Clave

Procesos de Compras & Gestión por Categoría

  • Diseñar e implementar procesos de compra corporativos por categoría, asegurando alineación regional e identificación de sinergias (volúmenes, proveedores y contratos marco).
  • Definir estándares, políticas y mejores prácticas de Compras aplicables a todos los países de la región
  • Establecer claramente qué actividades se gestionan a nivel corporativo-regional y P2P-local, con reglas de gobierno y responsabilidad definidas.

Tecnología & Excelencia Operativa

  • Definir y ejecutar el roadmap regional de SAP Ariba (implementaciones, releases y mejoras).Diseñar y estandarizar workflows de aprobación, niveles de autorización y segregación de funciones.
  • Asegurar un modelo operativo robusto, con foco en control interno y compliance.

Gobierno, Performance & Savings

  • Operar el modelo regional de governance de savings junto a Finanzas (baseline, evidencia, validación y tracking).
  • Desarrollar y mantener el spend cube regional, dashboards de gestión y KPIs.
  • Asegurar la calidad, consistencia y confiabilidad de los datos de Compras.
  • Liderar rituales de seguimiento de performance, revisión de resultados y planes de mejora

Interacción Clave

  • IT, Finanzas, Comercio Exterior, QA, Auditoría Interna, Planning, Category Manager Procuremet (Corporativo) y equipos de Compras país (P2P),

Requisitos

✅ ¿Qué necesitamos de vos para sumarte al equipo?​ ​

  • Experiencia: 7–10+ años en Compras, Comercio Exterior, Transformación o roles regionales.
  • Tecnología: Experiencia sólida en SAP Ariba (excluyente)
  • Gestión por Categorías: Experiencia en modelos regionales y/o globales.
  • Analítica: Power BI y Excel avanzado; spend analytics y KPIs.
  • Idiomas: Inglés avanzado (deseable).
