Dunod publie 350 nouveautés par an sous les marques Dunod, Armand Colin InterEditions, et Maxima. Dunod bénéficie de la puissance des services communs du Groupe Hachette Livre, pour la logistique et le développement des supports numériques.

Depuis 2018, Dunod développe une activité de formation digitale en forte croissance, avec un organisme certifié Qualiopi. Nous proposons des parcours en blended learning sur les thématiques des soft skills et de la Petite Enfance.

Rejoindre l'équipe Dunod Formation, c’est intégrer une équipe agile, au croisement de la pédagogie, du digital et du développement commercial.

Vos responsabilités :

Vous occupez un rôle transverse mêlant développement commercial et gestion opérationnelle des formations afin de contribuer à la croissance de l’activité et à la satisfaction des clients et apprenants.

  • Prospecter et qualifier des clients BtoB
  • Identifier les besoins et proposer des solutions adaptées
  • Participer aux actions de prospection
  • Contribuer aux offres commerciales et au suivi des opportunités
  • Gestion des formations
  • Mettre en place les actions de formation (elearning,classes virtuelles, présentiel)
  • Gérer les inscriptions et accompagner les apprenants
  • Suivre les sessions sur le Learning Management System
  • Suivi administratif
  • Gérer convocations, attestations et questionnaires de satisfaction
  • Participer au suivi des financements et facturation
  • Suivre les relations formateurs
  • Participer aux actions marketing (newsletter, réseaux)
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration de l’offre et des outils

Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes issu d'une formation Bac+3 en commerce, gestion ou formation
  • Vous avez un excellent relationnel
  • Vous êtes rigoureux et organisé avec un esprit d’initiative
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils digitaux (Excel, LMS, CRM)
  • Vous avez un intérêt pour la formation et le digital learning
